Our Gluten-Free cakes are wheat free, soy free, nut free, gum free and corn free. Our gluten-free cakes are made without eggs or dairy. Cakes that are both gluten-free and vegan are also available. However, our gluten-free cakes and vegan cakes are made on the same equipment and in the same facility as our non-gluten-free, non-vegan cakes. We take a great deal of care to reduce cross-contamination, but our gluten-free cakes may not be ideal for someone with Celiac’s disease or someone with a severe gluten allergy.
